Im 15 and want to start coaching a soccer team do i need to take a course or can i go straight in. i need help can i just stat managing a team or do i have to take a course.

I'm not sure that a club's chairman would trust a 15-year-old for their manager -I know I wouldn't! Even if you are good you need a strong reputation and/or a degree. I don't know you well to judge you, but I doubt a 15-year-old is efficient enough to manage a club, even an amateur one…
My advice is to start taking some courses as soon as possible and don't leave it late. I'm 18 and I regret not to have started some coaching courses earlier in my life.
