Vicky, you should …
Vicky, you should practice your ball control before you teach kids if you dont want them to get the wrong idea about it. The ball wasnt near you at times and you were off balance.

It’s great to get …
It’s great to get feedback from serious people. You’re absolutely right about the elements you mentioned, however the purpose of the vid was to start at the basic simplicity of the exercise itself as a reference tool to get started for some people I know… and no, it’s not the best form, just a thought captured quickly… but I have plans for better ones. Thanks for sharing.
