Fitness program for soccer?

Posted by The Soccer Blogger as Soccer Training & Skills

i am currently 14 yrs old, 165cm tall and i weigh 62 kg. i need to improve on my speed, agility, strength and balance and lose some weights (approx 10-15 kg) too. what equipments should i use? i am doing this work out to improve my soccer. i do my work outs at 3-5pm. when and what should i eat? what shouldnt i eat? any help or suggestions appreciated!

mate if you lost 10-15kg tht would be bad, ur good thr way u r ur ideal for a football player. If you have got muscle than your in a good physique to be a good football player, but if tht 62kg is fat, you should try do more exercise and push urself harder. Why not try doing long distance sprints they help ur body so much, you will feel the pain but in the end you will praise the effects. for ur diet treat urself wenever u want but uve got to lose tht later, only some days, but most of the days get plenty of water down u and eat as much vegetables and fruit as u can, exculde grapes and bananas contain sugar. eat meat, potatoes, waffles, eggs and pasta these foods can be very enjoyable but also help u to become a good football player. these are all of the things that i have been instructed to do and i am the same age as you and am 169cm and 65kg, GOOD LUCK

Run and sprint around the field. Run it 5 times occassionally sprinting for 5 seconds. Then sprint up the bleachers. Your leg muscles will develop. For fitness, Use a bike. Your leg muscles will become stronger.
