How can I improve my soccer skills?
Posted by The Soccer Blogger as Soccer Training & Skills
Can anyone tell me how to improve my soccer skills? I am perfect in the stadium; my speed i perfect, kick power, passing, shooting stamina/strenght everything but my problem is that I can't do any trick. I need this when I play in a street with my friends and I don't know how to improve it.
here's a great site to know the basic skills in football:

Just start with the basics like the 360 roulette ,or simple slow step overs which can eventually develop into peleadas or bicycles. The hocus pocus is also a good trick although hard to master, this trick is when you get the ball with lets say the right foot cross it behind and around the left leg im sure uve seen it b4.A goos start is to start juggleing so u can get used to the touch of the ball

maybe u know Filipo Inzaghi or Gatuso , they are name antitalents in football for ex. inzaghi its the most lucky guy i ever seen : the ball just knock him and go in the post and Gatuso its a defending midiefer and all what know to do its to steal the ball or stop the man who have it to past him , and they are plaing at Ac Milan , u see u dont need trick , u need luck
Good Luck and sorry 4 my english that sometime really su.ks

Use the Brazilian trick by practicing stepovers, fakes etc by using a small ball to practice. When you get good, use a normal sized ball. Also, make sure you can do the basic tricks while running too, that's important if you want ot be very good. Hope that helps.

Don’t get me wrong, but the truth is, soccer tricks by pros are not rehearsed over and over again. You see the pros have such a high soccer IQ, that the tricks are a side effect to them trying to pass someone. When a professional player is defended, he does not choose from his brain a certain trick, he quickly glances at the defender’s legs, feet and body position, along with his position on the field. He then uses the most safe and quickest way to pass the player while still protecting the ball. He usually starts this by doing a fake at the defender’s strong side (for example, the side which is closest to the sideline). If the fake is good, the player will go for it, and transform his momemtum to that side, but the offensive player will quickly switch directions and push forward, leaving the defender too far behind to even react. More advanced tricks are alsso deceptions and a way to get pass a defender. If you just have a list of tricks and randomly choose one when you play, chances are, it won’t work to it’s full potential. The key is to improve your soccer IQ and therefore you do tricks as a side effect to simply wanting to pass your defender. There’s a lot more info on this site I found, so check it out.
