Personal fitness is soccer?
Posted by The Soccer Blogger as Soccer Training & Skills
any exercises or stuff I can do to be fit for soccer
Long runs, say 5 to 10 km. Gradually increasing the distance. Short sprints after runs. Swimming and leg weights. The idea is to have a proper training regimen. You need to keep fit but rest is just as crucial.
4 days of conditioning exercises is good with 3 days to relax by light swimming a bit of weight training. Eat well and have enough sleep.

you can do a lot of drills with the ball like doing fakes or doing sprint runs/ practicing your speed training by working on your changes in speed from a walk to a full on sprint and everything in between

you need to run a lot, like outside.soccer games are at least 1 hour long. And the position you play determines the exercise you need to practice on.Midfield runs the most run a lot if u plan on doing midfield.Forwards take the goal kicks a lot so work on your kicks like getting them in the air or kicking them far.Goalie has to have great reflects so work on blocking the ball.for deafens go one on one with someone.Deafens is like the second goalie.

To be fit for soccer you should start off with running a mile. After the mile you should do push ups and sit ups. Then run a full field suicide. After you should do leg lifts and do a little more cardio. To finish off you should do a cool off lap.
