would you give me your email address? I have questions for you in regards to single leg balance activities that involve a soccer ball for more of an economy of time aspect. I have 2 video’s up on single leg balance ideas, you can view by searching, jcps soccer, any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Average is 10-12 …
Average is 10-12 seconds. It varies for each athlete depending on their individual characteristics. This is why the IAA Systems includes an Athlete Development Questionnaire which personalizes each training program for the athlete.
