What are some good personal training routines for soccer?

Posted by The Soccer Blogger as Soccer Training & Skills

I want to train a little everyday and would like to know some exercises I can do by myself. I do not have a goal right on hand, but if needed, I can find one. Please only answer if you are actually a soccer player or knowledgeable about soccer.
Thanks!

i played soccer in the high school level and the first thing u should do is get in shape. start rrunning a mile a day or more if u feel like u can and gradually get faster. then move on to the ball drills.
