OK, you need to get really fast and endurable. to do that, you have to run a lot, for long periods of time. also, practice other sports such as swimming and cycling, as it will improve your stamina. and then work on your specific soccer skills such as long passing, shooting and stuff like that. just set up a target and try to hit it from far away with the ball. your control skills too, juggling improves those. you can also set up cones and try to run around them as fast as possible. it’ll really improve your ball control.

To practice shooting :: Find a big wall and try all different shooting techniques inside the boot,, straight through,,outside the boot.
for heading you can make a mark on the wall and chuck the ball up and try and head into the mark>>< short 10 yard passes against a wall..
long passes 35-40 yards agsinst marks on a wall>><

Learn how to dance! The two go hand in hand as both rely heavilly on foot work and coordination! Can take classes anywhere downtown.
PS it will also get you in with the ladies!

Run intervals (sprints) till you puke, then repeat. Soccer is mostly fitness, and if your skills are not as good you can compensate some by being fitter. Practice dribbling through cones, juggling, throw the ball up and trap it, practice jogging with the ball and cutting left right doing pull backs working on skill moves. Shoot at a wall or get one of those rubber band things that attaches ball to foot.
