What are some really good soccer drills for one person that help you get alot better?

Posted by The Soccer Blogger as Soccer Training & Skills

I am from australia and 13 years old.. I am just starting soccer and need to get better fast if I want to get into a team. PLEASE HELP ME!

do simple things that will improve ball control, passing, and shooting. these are basic’s which are most important.

for ball control try dribbling around some cones and keeping the ball as close to you as possible. also try tapping the ball back and forth to one foot to the other. you can also try dribbling around a small area. and my coach told me to take the ball around the house with me and keep it extremely close to my foot and not to let it hit any furniture or anything.

for passing, its very important to pass to the players foot. try making short, hard passes by kicking a targert, or spot somewhere repeatdivly.

and for shooting just practice kicking on the net.
