What should i take to football/soccer training?

Posted by The Soccer Blogger as Soccer Training & Skills

This may sound like a stupid question but ive recently joined a team as a goalkeeper, before ive played as defender and midfield but what should i take to training for goalkeeping?

same as you would for playing outfield except throw in a pair of goalie gloves, tracksuit bottoms and a baseball hat in case you have to look into the sun!

some good cleats that fit your feet w/o causing blisters (break them in to be safe) and some padded gloves for stopping the balls.
